Comments on report’s mechanics/conventions:
In community background "abundantly" is not the right word: that whole sentence should be change, it's awkward
There are a lot of awkward sentence structures
watch for comma splices
You have a lot of adverbs ending in -ly, these are unnecessary and adding to the awkwardness some sentences.
